Payment-related information, such as order number, plan, credits, payment status, and billing records. Full card details are generally handled by payment providers and are not stored by MiraFrame AI.

To create and deliver AI images, videos, outpainting, background removal, and template generation tasks.

To save history, reference images, outputs, credit usage, and task status so you can preview, download, regenerate, or continue editing.

To operate account login, permissions, plans, credits, payments, and security features.

To analyze reliability, debug errors, improve model parameter mapping, refine page experience, and prevent misuse.

To send necessary service notices about accounts, orders, tasks, policy updates, or security events.

Prompts, images, video frames, and other inputs may be used to complete the current generation task and may be sent to AI, storage, queue, or safety providers integrated with the service.

Generated outputs may be stored in your history for previewing, downloading, and reuse. You should avoid uploading content that you do not have rights to use, or content that is sensitive, unlawful, or unsafe.

For free users, the system may add watermark-related instructions in the task prompt or generation flow instead of relying only on an HTML overlay.

We may use cookies, local storage, and session storage to keep you signed in, remember language, save generator settings, restore inputs, measure usage, and protect the service.

You can clear or restrict these technologies in your browser, but some login, preference, generation, and payment features may stop working as expected.

We do not sell personal information.

To operate the service, we may share necessary information with cloud storage, database, authentication, payment, email, analytics, security, AI model, and content-processing providers.

We may disclose information when required for legal compliance, regulatory requests, dispute handling, business transfers, or protection of users and the service.

Account, order, and credit records are retained for service delivery, financial review, and compliance needs.

Generation tasks, uploaded files, reference images, and outputs are retained according to product settings, user actions, and cleanup rules. This project supports cleanup of AI tasks older than 30 days and related files.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise restrict its use.

We use access controls, audit logs, encryption in transit, permission separation, rate limits, and infrastructure safeguards to reduce the risk of leaks, misuse, or unauthorized access.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your sign-in method and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in prompts or uploads.

Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of personal information related to you.

You may delete certain history items, adjust account settings, unsubscribe from non-essential messages, or contact us for requests that cannot be completed directly.

Some requests may require identity verification and may be limited by security, billing, dispute-resolution, or legal obligations.

MiraFrame AI is not intended for children under the legal age required in their location. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable action after review.

Because cloud services, AI models, and infrastructure may operate in different regions, information may be processed outside your location. We take reasonable safeguards required by applicable law.

We may update this policy as the product, technology, law, or business changes. Material changes may be communicated through page updates, in-product notices, or other reasonable methods.
