You must use MiraFrame AI legally and responsibly, and make sure prompts, uploads, and outputs do not violate third-party rights.
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Welcome to MiraFrame AI. By accessing or using our image generation, video generation, image editing, templates, history, account, credits, or paid features, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Different features, models, plans, and credits may have different limits, as shown on product pages, checkout, and account pages.
The service is provided as available. AI outputs may be unstable or unexpected, and you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing or commercial use.
1. Service description
MiraFrame AI provides AI image generation, image-to-image creation, video generation, image-to-video, image editing, outpainting, background removal, image templates, history, and related creative workflows.
Some features may be available for free, while others may require sign-in, credits, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other paid entitlements.
MiraFrame AI is an independent service that combines our own systems with selected third-party models, infrastructure, storage, payment, safety, and content-processing services. Model names and trademarks are used only to identify compatible technologies. Unless we expressly state otherwise, MiraFrame AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official representative of any model provider.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate and usable account information and are responsible for actions taken through your account.
Protect your sign-in method, email, third-party accounts, and API keys. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us promptly.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate account or feature access for security, compliance, abuse prevention, or service maintenance reasons.
3. User obligations
You agree to follow applicable laws, platform rules, payment rules, and third-party service terms.
You may not bypass credits, rate limits, safety checks, watermark rules, permissions, payment requirements, model restrictions, or security measures.
You may not interfere with the service, scan or attack systems, abuse APIs, mass-register accounts, scrape data, or use the service in ways that harm MiraFrame AI, other users, or partner providers.
You are responsible for having lawful rights to uploaded images, reference materials, prompts, likenesses, trademarks, text, audio, video frames, and generated outputs.
4. Acceptable use and prohibited content
Our AI Safety & Acceptable Use Policy at /security provides additional detail. The following content standards apply directly to all prompts, uploads, generated images, generated videos, edits, templates, and outputs on MiraFrame AI.
You may not generate, upload, distribute, or attempt to create: (1) sexual, pornographic, nude, or other NSFW content; (2) graphic violence, gore, torture, violent-extremist content, or self-harm content; (3) hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or targeted abuse; (4) child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors, grooming, exploitation, or other unsafe child content; (5) deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual likeness content, impersonation, identity fraud, or privacy abuse; or (6) content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
You may not create content intended to impersonate others, damage reputation, manipulate public opinion, commit fraud, bypass identity verification, violate privacy, or mislead consumers about affiliation with a brand, creator, platform, or rights holder.
MiraFrame uses automated moderation and provider safety controls to screen generation requests, and may use risk-based human review for flagged requests or credible reports. Requests may be refused, blocked, limited, held for review, removed, or escalated.
To report prohibited content, copyright, trademark, likeness, security, or abuse concerns, email [email protected] with the subject “Content Safety Report” and include the relevant URL, task or case number, screenshots, a description of the concern, and any rights or authority evidence.
Depending on severity, intent, repeat behavior, and applicable law, we may warn users, refuse prompts, block uploads, remove outputs, cancel tasks, restrict model access, limit or freeze credits or payments where appropriate, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, or report matters to providers or authorities when required by law. Users may request reconsideration by emailing [email protected] with the relevant task ID.
5. Inputs and outputs
You retain rights you lawfully hold in your inputs. To provide the service, you grant MiraFrame AI permission to use inputs as needed to operate, process, store, display, debug, and improve the service.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs. Commercial use may depend on the model, plan, region, and any third-party materials involved.
Paid users generally receive broader commercial and watermark-related benefits. Free outputs may include watermarks or be limited to personal, testing, or non-commercial use, as indicated on product or plan pages.
AI outputs may resemble other outputs, include errors, be incomplete, or be unsuitable for publication. You must review outputs before publishing, selling, or delivering them.
6. Intellectual property
The MiraFrame AI interface, brand, code, design, copy, model configuration, workflows, icons, page structure, and service experience belong to MiraFrame AI or their respective rights holders.
Without authorization, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, mirror, impersonate, or competitively reuse the core service or interface.
If you believe content infringes your rights, provide ownership evidence, an infringement description, contact information, and relevant links so we can review the request.
7. Subscriptions, credits, and payments
Prices, credits, plan benefits, billing periods, expiration dates, concurrency limits, generation counts, model availability, and queue priority are shown on pricing, checkout, and account pages.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not refund the current billing period, credits, or benefits already provided.
Credits, promotional grants, campaign credits, and subscription credits may have expiration dates, model restrictions, and usage limits. Abuse, fraud, refund disputes, or violations may result in frozen or reversed benefits.
8. Refunds and support
All payments for digital services, virtual credits, subscriptions, model calls, and other paid benefits are final and non-refundable, including unused credits and partially used subscription periods.
If you experience a duplicate charge, payment-processing error, or missing credits, contact us so we can investigate and correct the billing or account issue. An investigation does not create a right to a refund.
Except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law, we do not provide refunds because a task result does not meet a subjective expectation, a task has been created, queued, run, or consumed model resources, credits remain unused, or a subscription is canceled after renewal.
9. Privacy and data handling
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share information.
You understand that generation may require sending prompts, uploaded images, reference images, parameters, and task information to third-party model, storage, queue, safety, or payment providers.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
Models, prices, features, parameters, speed, credit consumption, output formats, and page experience may change as technology, suppliers, costs, policies, or business needs change.
We may maintain, upgrade, suspend, replace, or discontinue parts of the service within a reasonable scope.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. Except where required by law, we do not guarantee output accuracy, uniqueness, legality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You are responsible for evaluating risks before using generated content in publishing, commercial, advertising, medical, legal, financial, identity, likeness, or copyright-sensitive contexts.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MiraFrame AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, profit, data, goodwill, or business-opportunity losses.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant service during a reasonable period before the dispute, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product, law, model providers, payment systems, or operations change.
Material changes may be communicated through page updates, in-product notices, or other reasonable methods. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Contact
